2.5 Know Your Customer (KYC). rm88 is required to verify the identity of account holders as part of its anti-money laundering (AML) and fraud prevention obligations. You must provide requested identification documents promptly when asked. Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is complete. rm88 reserves the right to suspend account activity pending KYC completion.
3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your rm88 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party.
3.2 You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether authorised by you or not, unless you have notified rm88 of a security breach promptly upon becoming aware of it.
3.3 rm88 will never contact you to request your password. If you receive any such communication purporting to be from rm88, you must not respond and should contact our support team immediately.
3.4 If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify rm88 immediately at support@rm88.bid. rm88 may suspend your account as a precautionary measure pending investigation.
4.1 Currency. All transactions on the rm88 Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). rm88 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any conversion costs incurred outside the Platform are the responsibility of the Player.
4.2 Accepted Payment Methods. rm88 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, and Public Bank. rm88 may add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.
4.3 Own Funds Only. You may only deposit funds that you own legitimately and that are not derived from illegal activity. Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
4.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used for deposit and registered in your name. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed on the Platform. rm88 reserves the right to carry out enhanced verification before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds.
4.5 Dormant Accounts. Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. rm88 reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee to dormant accounts in accordance with applicable regulations. You will be notified before any such fee is applied.
5.1 rm88 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, time limits, and eligible game restrictions, which are published on the relevant promotion page.
5.2 Bonus funds are not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied. Winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to the same wagering requirements as the bonus itself, unless otherwise stated.
5.3 rm88 reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any promotion or bonus at any time. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion's specific terms shall prevail.
5.4 Abuse of bonuses — including but not limited to low-risk wagering designed to fulfill requirements without genuine play, the use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, or any form of bonus manipulation — is prohibited and may result in forfeiture of bonus funds, associated winnings, and account closure.
6.1 All bets placed on the rm88 Platform are subject to the specific product rules applicable to that bet type (Sportsbook rules, Casino game rules, Slots terms, etc.). These rules are available within each product section of the Platform.
6.2 rm88 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, at incorrect odds, due to a technical malfunction, or as a result of prohibited conduct. In such cases, stakes will be returned to the Player's account balance.
6.3 In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of any game or bet, the rm88 system records shall be the definitive reference unless a technical error can be proven. rm88's decision on such matters is final, subject to the dispute resolution process in Clause 14.
6.4 rm88 reserves the right to impose individual betting limits on any account at its sole discretion, without providing reasons.

9.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, rm88 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including gambling losses, loss of data, or loss of profits.
9.3 Nothing in these Terms limits rm88's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
rm88's collection, use, and storage of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. rm88 will not sell your personal data to third parties.
